Unless otherwise stated at special events or through emails, all orders have a $500 minimum (before taxes & shipping) EXCEPT when ordering from the "Immediate Stock" categories. Immediate Stock is shipped without any minimums at all and are shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Products in any categories other then "Immediate Stock" are special orders and will take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship. For more information on when you will receive shipment, please inquire.
All wholesale orders must have a minimum 50% deposit upon initial order with balance due once order is shipped

Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase with Northern Canary Fashions Inc. Please review our refund policy below:

Final Sales: All sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Return Claims: Any return claims, including for non-defective items, must be initiated within five (5) days of receiving the goods.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 30% of the item’s value may apply to non-defective returns.

Damaged Goods: If you receive goods in a damaged condition, we will replace them upon receipt of the returned items. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will provide an alternative of equal value that meets both parties' satisfaction.

Condition of Items: Please note that "damaged" or "defective" items as mentioned in #5 above, do not include minor issues such as missing or slightly misaligned crystals, which will be assessed at the discretion of Northern Canary Fashions Inc. These items are supplied with extra crystals for easy repair, and any misaligned crystals can be repositioned using tweezers and suitable adhesive. If you choose to return these items, please be aware that Northern Canary Fashions Inc. will not cover return shipping costs or the shipping of replacements. Thank you for your understanding. Cancellation Policy
To cancel orders placed with us at Northern Canary Fashions Inc., please contact us by phone or by sending us an email at northerncanary@hotmail.com or by completing the above questions/concerns contact form. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the cancelled merchandise for handling.
